Welcome to our South African online store for imported watches. By using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase.

1. Product Information:

1.1. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that all product details are error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct and update the information promptly.

2. Pricing and Payment:

2.1. All prices on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and does not include Value Added Tax (VAT) 

2.2. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and PayFast, a secure online payment platform in South Africa.

2.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. The order will only be processed once payment is successfully completed.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

3.1. We offer FREE shipping within South Africa.

3.2. While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from delivery delays.

3.3. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the package upon receipt and notify us immediately of any visible damage.

4. Returns and Refunds:

4.1. We accept returns for products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the watch is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs of R100.00 and below will be refunded along with the purchase price of the product, the product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. All original packaging, including boxes, tags, and documentation, should also be included.

4.2. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

5. Warranty:

5.1. All our watches come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

5.2. To claim warranty service, please contact our customer support team with the purchase receipt or invoice.

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1. All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of our company or its respective owners. You are not permitted to use, copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the website without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
