We want you to be thrilled with your purchase; however, we understand that there may be instances when you need to return or exchange an item. To ensure a smooth and transparent return process, we've outlined our Return Policy below.
Eligibility for Returns

7-Day Return Window: You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns.

Unused and Unworn: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. All original packaging, including boxes, tags, and documentation, should also be included.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is essential for processing your return.

Package Your Item: Securely package the item you wish to return, along with all original packaging and documentation. Be sure to include the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: If you are mot 100% satisfied with the product - Return shipping costs of R100.00 and below will be refunded along with the purchase price of the product, the product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. All original packaging, including boxes, tags, and documentation, should also be included.
Exemptions
Please note that the following items are exempt from our standard return policy:

Customized Watches: Watches that have been customized with engraving or other personalized alterations are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer's defect or a mistake on our part.
Processing Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly:

Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for another of equal or greater value, we will process the exchange promptly, and any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Manufacturer's Defects and Errors
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
