Warranty Duration
All watches purchased from Watch Addict are covered by our standard warranty, which is a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers the following aspects of your watch:

Movement: We guarantee that the watch movement is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. If your watch exhibits any mechanical issues within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Case and Crystal: We warrant that the watch case and crystal are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This includes protection against manufacturing defects in the watch case and the watch crystal.

Strap or Bracelet: The warranty also covers the watch strap or bracelet for defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Please note that this coverage does not extend to damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover the following:

Damage Caused by Accidents or Misuse: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair or modification of the watch.

Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear, including scratches on the case, crystal, and strap, is not covered by the warranty.

Battery Replacement: The warranty does not include the replacement of batteries. Battery life varies depending on usage and can be influenced by factors such as temperature and humidity.

Water Damage: Damage caused by water infiltration, unless the watch is explicitly designated as water-resistant and the water resistance is compromised due to a manufacturing defect.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If you believe your watch is eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:
